Particular attention is paid to the control of the final thicknesses and those deposited in the galvanic bath, both inside the hole and on the tracks, via a sophisticated MRX MFX-M instrument certified N.I.S.T. compliant which permits control of the amount of copper deposited.
Over the last few years, thanks to the commitment of our technicians and the co-operation of all our in-house staff, we have obtained the prestigious European quality certification. We are proud to declare that all our products are UL approved and our Quality System is certified in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.
An important part is played by automation which was specially developed with the help of production lines equipped with microprocessor control units, NC machines (with a total of 20 spindles) and computerized integration systems in each department. By these means it is therefore possible to automatically control every single operation from the start of the process in compliance with ISO 9002 standards.
Analysis Lab
Galvanization processes are constantly kept under control through chemical analysis and specifications, both internal and external analysis.
This assures to the final customer product the quality of the many components that made up a PCB.
Moreover final tests on the copper thickness of the PCB are performed through measure systems with high precision (MRX) and metallographical samples with the option of execute high definition photos.
